Santa Teresa

The town of Santa Teresa, home to the finest beaches of Italy, is a small community that increases its population during the peak months of beach tourism. This statistic eventually speaks about the popularity of the beach resorts and unexplored beaches of Santa Teresa.

Located on one of the islands of Italy and on the extreme north of Sardinia, Santa Teresa is a town on a plateau that spreads to a jagged coast with a number of beautiful and attractive beaches. There are established and maintained beaches for tourists to enjoy and experience but there are also some unexplored beaches that some adventurous visitors could locate with the help of local guides.

One of the most popular beaches of Santa Teresa is the beach of Rena Bianca. It is an award-winning beach for its well-preserved beauty, the clean beach and waters, its services and its costs that the beach offers its visitors. The award received by Rena Bianca is the prestigious European Blue Flag given by an envoronmental foundation. This adds to the reasons why this beach should be visited by tourist. The beach is not that long and is about 300 meters in length. The stretch of fine sand is mixed with some corals and colored rocks, which makes the shore seem to blush. Aside from the lovely shore, its crystal clear blue waters also seem to invite visitors to play and swim into its calma and warm waters. The shallow waters nearby the coastline is a favorite play area of young tourists.
