The beach of Kalogria is considered as part of Halkidiki's middle finger Sithonia, otherwise known as the second peninsula. Sithonia has its very own magnificent white sand beaches that are cut off from the thick forests. Although not frequented by tourists compared to Kassandra, this spot has become a perfect place for relaxation due to its secluded location.

The beach of Kalogria is one of the coves that sit amidst the abundant forest of pine trees. In addition, this beach as soft sand that goes along the crystal clear turquoise water, with matching green hills that serves as a backdrop of the beach.

If you stroll along the peaceful shoreline, you will see some secluded areas plus rock enclaves. You can enjoy swimming to your heart's content in the shallow sand-floored waters right until the sunset on the horizon becomes golden yellow. You will find that chairs and beach umbrellas are lined up on the narrow shore. Those who feel adventurous and the kids will surely want to try to climb the pine tree hills to see the marvelous sight of the close peninsula.

There are some nice bars and taverns that are situated by the beach that provides Greek foods and drinks. You can also rent bananas and water tubes for a little bit of water activity. If you want to shop or refill your supplies, or you feel that you want to see some wild entertainment and concerts, you can go to the supermarkets of the town of Nikitas.
